Information in an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for your names and email address. You may also provide a phone number, wedding dates, city or venue, the service you are interested in and a message. Please share only the information needed for your request, and avoid sending identity documents, payment details or private information about guests through this form.

How the form works

Submissions are saved in the website’s enquiry dashboard and used to respond to your request. The website also records the submission time, page address and IP address. Email notifications may be sent to the studio and an automatic acknowledgement may be sent to the address you provide. Authorised website administrators can access saved enquiries.

Website services

The site uses WordPress and hosting services to display pages and process requests. Fonts and icons may load from Google Fonts and the Phosphor icon CDN, which receive connection information when your browser requests their files. Sign-in functions may use cookies. The homepage carousel uses browser session storage to remember its current photograph.

Links and media

External links, including social media, take you to services with their own privacy practices. Where a film is embedded from another provider, that provider may receive information when its player loads.

Questions and requests

To ask about a saved enquiry, request a correction or discuss deletion, contact the studio using the email address associated with your enquiry. Include enough information to locate the request, without sending additional sensitive documents. The studio will review the request and any records that still need to be retained.
